Trump

Trump and the little tiny brain…

How did many of us manage to get sucked into the roller coaster ride that has been promoted as the current US Presidents’ world? I’ve been caught up, as I imagine a number as Australians have been, to get into the crazy world of Donald Trump and his insane co-conspirators, but after a moment’s of thought I really think we will be much better off once the current goes home to his prison cell.

I’m only a simple guy with a very basic view of the world, but it seems to me that, whilst he’s the second most powerful person on the face on the earth (right now) next to his drinking buddy Putin, and maybe Kim Jong Un… and isn’t it interesting that Trump has this way of working where he seems to collect a plethora of sycophants who, let’s face it, would rather be involved in destroying democracy and handing over the keys of The White House to his buddies.

The depth of selfishness we tolerate as a matter of normalcy is outstanding at times and isn’t it interesting to note that it’s often the more educated and privileged people that have the opportunity to become “those people”. Unfortunately, however the regular people who work for a living and support their families through hard work can also be the first people to be cut down when things get tough because they don’t have the resources. It’s these people that support that our economy, its these people who try to help each other, it’s these people who come together to bring what they can to share.

It seems to me that the so called (mostly former) President is one of the most greedy, selfish, disloyal and disinterested person unless it is for himself. I don’t know how so many people were wooed by Trump to follow his agenda and I wonder if it was simply through ignorance, apathy or just wanting to get on the gravy train to collect a few additional dollars as they go through the turnstiles of The White House.

In the long run, it looks like the American people saw through the smoke and mirrors show that Trump and his sycophants put on to bamboozle the American voters… Thanks goodness!

Finally, as a guy from Australia I’m overjoyed at the prospect of the incoming President and the calming effect he is likely to have on both the American people and the world – and maybe we’ll all get to have a more peaceful Christmas without the screams and accusations that have been thrown around by the ‘so called’ current Leader of the Free World.

Thankfully it seems that the ‘crazy’ that was the Trump world is now being wrapped up by people who actually understand what a democracy is really supposed to look and feel like and I hope for the sake of the US and the rest of the world that we can maintain the sanity to enable the US and the rest of the world to heal over time.

Stay Safe, Stay Well
